Therefore, by modifying or distributing the Program (or any work based on the Program), you indicate your acceptance of this License to do so, and all its terms and conditions for copying, distributing or modifying the Program or works based on it.

This simply means that you must recognize and accept the terms of the GPL to be covered by it.

If you or/and your employer - if you're working on his behalf - don't recognize the GPL, and it's legality, you and/or your employer are not covered by this license, and must purchase a commercial license to distribute cssed in binary form.

If you or/and your employer - if you're working on his behalf - don't recognize and accept the terms of the GPL, you and /or your employer are not allowed to distribute cssed in source form, as it's not covered by any commercial license.

Recently, the Wall Street Journal carried statements by Mark Heise, outside counsel for SCO, challenging the "legality" of the Free Software Foundation's GNU General Public License (GPL).

"The GPL violates the US Constitution," he claims, "together with copyright, antitrust and export control laws."

Regarding this issue, and being publicly known that the SCO Group, does not consider the the cssed's License legal, they're welcome to buy commercial licenses of cssed, but not allowed to distribute cssed, because they're not covered by the GPL as they consider it void, and illegal, being that a clear prove of non acceptace of this License.

The cost of a commercial license of cssed - with no CSS parsing code - is estimated in this page.
